Shipping methods and costs

Shipping fees will be calculated at check out. 

Watches in stock or finished custom watches will be processed within 4-7 working days. Once processed, you will receive an e-mail confirmation with your shipping details and tracking number.

International shipping

We ship internationally. Customs duties or other local taxes or import duties will be the sole responsibility of the customer.

Lost or damaged shipments

In the event of a lost or damaged shipment, please contact us immediately (within 2-3 days maximum) at crownandstylewatches@gmail.com.

In case of damage, please send us some pictures of the damaged package.

We will work with the shipping carrier to resolve this issue as soon as possible.

Change to your order

Once your order has been shipped, we cannot change shipping address or any other details. Please ensure that your shipping information is correct at the time of purchase.
