Warranty policy
At Crown & Style we strive to offer you the best quality and craftsmanship. The warranty period is 2 years and starts when you receive the product.
This Warranty Policy outlines the coverage and procedures for claiming warranty service.
Warranty coverage:
This warranty covers not only the movements, but also any parts added, against manufacturer defects. We check all parts and complete watches for any possible defects and do multiple tests to ensure the watches are in perfect working order and are water resistant. If, in any case, you notice something wrong with your watch, please don't hesitate to contact us and together, we will find a solution for your issue.
General wear and tear, misuse of the watch and / or movement, are of course not covered by our warranty policy. Examples of this are: not screwing the crown properly and going for a swim, dropping the watch from a flight of stairs, forcing something in the movement, cross-threading the crown,...
The warranty will also be immediately voided if you open the watch yourself for any possible reason.
How to claim warranty?
Contact us with a proof of purchase (invoice or receipt). Give us a detailed summary of the issue(s) and provide us some pictures of the problem.
The customer is responsible for sending the product back to us (including shipping costs). If the warranty claim is justified, these costs will be reimbursed and the watch will be repaired at our expense.
